Lewis Bolt & Nut Company increases capacity. Due to a dramatic increase in new orders this year Lewis Bolt has ordered and installed new equipment across all areas of their manufacturing. “These new machines give us more capacity as well as flexibility” states Dave Barry, VP – Sales of Lewis Bolt. “Our customers have become accustomed to our ability to meet their demands especially for rush orders. We’re now in an even better position to meet or exceed their needs."

Union Pacific Rail has added the Patented Lewis Evergrip™ Spike to their standard Plans. UPRR joins CSX (CSX has over 9 million installed) and CP Rail who have been using and realizing the benefits of the Evergrip for many years. The UPRR plans on using the Evergrips on Curves, Switches and wherever superior holding power is required.
